The Wedding
Marriage Ceremony
The marriage ceremony will take place at
BLUE POINT RECREATION AREA @ 5:00 PM
The road into Blue Point is paved. The walk from the parking lot to the river bank is about two minutes and is all sand. Blanket seating will be set up for the ceremony but please feel free to bring your own camp chair to sit in if you prefer not to sit on the ground. There will not be a professional photographer at the wedding so all guests are encouraged to take as many photos and videos as they would like during the ceremony. We promise we will not think you are being rude or inaproperiate if you move around to try to capture a moment! The river is a public space and there is a good chance that we will get to share the love with others who are also there to enjoy the river at sunset!
Reception
The wedding reception will be held across the street at
LARRY FORBIS GROUP SITE @ 6:00 PM
We hope you will all join us for dinner, dancing, hootin' and hollarin'! The road is paved and the reception area will be illuminated to the best of our ability. The temperature may drop quickly once the sun goes down. so please be sure to check the weather forecast and bring whatever you need to be comfortable and happy!
